Since 2014, OS operating system has fallen into the lowest in the Chinese market. A report shows smart phone OS sales market all around the world and the dates ended in the Feb 2017. Compared with data in the Feb 2017 when occupied a high share of the year , OS accounted for share of the Chinese market fell by 12.8%. At the same time, their rival –Android system is to occupy the top 86.4% market share, which is still the first in China’s smart phone market. However, in the same period of the United States, Android systems accounted for only 55.9% of the market, Apple’s OS system occupied the market of 42%, equivalent to the smart phone market between this.

iPhone was once a symbol of China’s elite, now it has become a common mobile phone on the street. On the one hand, iPhone lost some of the elite market looking for unique taste, so sales in China’s urban areas also declined. On the other hand, sales in rural areas have also been squeezed by China made mobile phones. Although sales of iphone7 and 7 Plus sales was still at a high level, the rise of the new China’s smart phone has beaten the promotion of Apple’s mobile phone market in china. For example, the use of Android’s system of Chinese mobile phones – HUAWEI, VIVO, OPPO, compared with Apple has a more advantageous price and their performance and operation is also good. In the USA, Android dropped to 55.9% of smart phone sales in the three months ending February 2017, marking another period of year-on-year decline that began in the second quarter of 2016. Since October 2016, iOS system has maintained a market share of more than 40% which has been around 30%. People in the United States still like iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, and with the launch of the new iPhones, young people tend to choose to operate a convenient OS system.
